Happy Chinese New Year to everyone!
I can't resist from the good food...that's why I'm putting on so much weight.

Omg, I cannot describe how annoying can this 'homework' be.
It even irritates me so much that I keep dreaming about it almost every night.
Stupid subconscious mind so guilty about not doing homework.

then dreamt about getting laughed at for not completing my work,
then getting horrible grades.

I'm back from my awesome trip at Seoul.

I officially survived -11 degrees temperature weather.

Hey everyone! School gonna reopen soon so I need to mentally prepare for it!
But before school starts I'll be travelling(:
Oh ya, anyways, my special leave to travel has been rejected by school.
Okay, technically, I know that schools don't encourage students to travel during school term.
But I guess they can't really do anything about it,
or really mind us going or anything like that.
So, who cares?
Hellyeah I'm leaving.
Checked that my marks for assessment will not be deducted,
so my heart is at ease while I'm away.

Recently, I've been spending my time with my family and friends.
I felt that I've neglected Spyro a little when I'm out spending time with my loved ones.
I mean, I can't possibly split myself in half.

About to sleep.
Don't know what I should be thinking.
But all I know is I am happy to be bored.

I received a personal message from a total stranger.
He said my artworks brings inspiration to him cos they're really realistic.
Okay, I know this is not a big deal for some of you guys.
But I think I'm really happy to hear this from a total stranger.
I've heard compliments for others I know, or am acquaintances with.
But not a complete total stranger.
Gives me some motivation to do more art(:
Glad that people out there are genuinely admiring my artwork.

Well, 2011 is coming to an end.
This year passed really fast.
Most probably because of the June long 3 months holiday break.
That's why time flew by during those three months..
Feels like this year ended a little too fast for me.
But well, I guess all good things have to come to an end.
I'm pretty proud of myself for taking up piano.
Hope I'd go far in music.
Get a diploma cert for it or something.

Went to TOWN.
Singapore is so freaking tiny, so few cheap places to chill at.
The cheap places I've been there too many times, its so sian.
So, I just went to my favourite shops round town.
First, Nihon Mura. My forever faved Jap restaurant to dine in.
My salmon sashimi, always so yummy.
Then trained to town.
Kinokuniya next stop, I have a strange liking of reading through random book pages.
My boyfriend has that same weird habit too.
So we always do that weird habit in Kinokuniya.
LOL
Then went to a really kidd toy store to fool around with wooden toys.
They're really fun when you display them in your own ways.
It makes me feel like a kid again T.T
I'm happy being kiddy, seriously.

Orchard Central to look at sweetie's favourite game store.
Bought his PS3 game.
Then went to Cold Stone where everyone there sang Happy birthday to me.
So embarrassing!!!!
My bf enjoys embarrassing me all the time 24/7.

Just saw my results.

Well, I didn't expect much for my results but I think I did fairly okay overall. I got my first ever 'C' grade in Nafa. A stupid C grade for Photography. Hahaha I kinda knew I'd get this grade but I hate seeing it on my result slip. Okay whatever the case, I'm grateful that I didn't fail any module. Anyways, GPA is 3.57 and GPA average is 3.59. Okay to be honest, I don't know the difference between GPA and the average. But I don't really think its that important anymore now, I know I did my very best in every freaking module. And I'm proud of myself for that.

I'm feeling a little demoralized by a few modules which I expected better grades. But hey, I'll try harder the next sem, it's not the end of the world. I hope my dear friends could try harder next sem and score better too!(:

Before tomorrow,

which is my 19th birthday!

You know world, I think I’ve grown so much more this year. I can’t help but feel school played a huge, big part in this growing-up-stages of my life. Learned to look at things so much more broader and optimistically, come up with strategic ways of doing things to survive this crazy semester, minus all the sleepless nights to protect my health, becoming thrifty on material goods to save up, doing my best to spend time with my beloved people…

Well, I have to say, Nafa made me a heroine.

I felt like I accomplished so much than I expected of myself through all that stressful, weird, sickening lecturers and heavy assignments due, plus ensuring my own personal life doesn’t get eaten away by school’s workload. Hmm..one thing for sure, I did think I might just go bonkers without realizing.

I’m 100% proud to say, my decision on taking up piano early this year did not go to waste. I thought I’d end up like giving up because of my lazy attitude. But hell no, I guess I underestimated my abilities (not trying to brag here, haha). (: I’m so thankful that mum and dad finally have faith in their daughter in pursuing in music. I thank my lucky stars that I scored a distinction even tho I was having a hard time with school. I promise I’ll work hard for my next exam.

I’m working damn freaking hard to achieve my dreams of doing art and music. The last thing I would do now is to waste my life away. Really.

I know nobody's reading this.
But I don't care, I just wanna say what I wanna say.

Well, holidays are one day away.
I can almost taste it already.
I can even smell it!
I so glad I managed to complete my 8 paintings.
I really thought I wouldn't be able to finish them..
But I guess I underestimated myself. Hehe
Anyways, I hope I can do much more for the coming holidays.
I don't wanna waste my time at home doing nothing or staring into ceilings.
I wanna spend my time with my family, friends and boyfriend.
And of course, my little fat boy, Spyro.
I promise I'll bring him out for walks much more often.
I've been practically neglecting him ever since Sem 2 started.
And that's more than 13 weeks ago.

And needless to say, my ever-supportive bf.
I wanna travel to Malaysia with him again!
I wanna go shopping there!
Visit his family and his sweet sister.
Ride his motorcycle and scream.
Have him driving me around in his own car.
Eating that delicious cheap bak kut teh.
I miss all of that.

I know last month or rather last week has been rather hectic.
Late nights, early mornings and a lot of work due.
But ya, I'm glad all this shit has come to an end.
But I know more shitty assignments are coming up.

Before I began my homework,
I'm gonna just blog cos I'm not feeling well.
I feel like I'm gonna throw up any moment.
Ughh, maybe due to too much stress from homework.

I thank my lucky stars or whoever postponed the critique.
It has taken a heavy load off my chest.
So I can focus on other modules.

But there's still so many other things to worry about.
I feel like I'm living such a mundane life man...
Desktop Publishing Exercises and sketches of 2 postcards and 1 poster, 3D's Presentation Board, cup mock-up and sketchbook due, Graphic Design Test, Music Theory Exam, redo copy-painting of masterpiece, blahblahblah.
The list goes on and on.
OMG my head is gonna burst.

But at least, critique and Photography is cleared for now..
Only for now..I know it'll be back to haunt me later.
Zzzzz..

I HATE THE ASSIGNMENT SO BADLY.

And apparently I have a very high level of tolerance.
So I BOLEH TAHAN ALL THE SHIT.

Today was a very special day.
I was down in the dumps yesterday and today morning.
And then after so much support from my friends and boyfriend,
I feel so much more happier and better now!
I mean, I've treasured my friends since the beginning.
But after today, I feel that I need to love them more.
Desiree and Wei Ting,
if you're reading this, I really want to say A BIG THANK YOU,
for all those encouraging words and care you've given me.
Xie xie.

I know my B will never be reading this.
But I just wanna blog about I feel about him all these while.

I'm sorry for hurting and venting all my anger on you..
I realized that home pressure is worse than school pressure.
Those harsh, crude and hurting words just drive me to the verge of insanity.
There's almost no where I can vent my anger on.
Except on you.

I knew I could have turned to my friends,
but I was brought up to not share home problems with my social circle.
And today, I learned that its a huge mistake.
I learned there are people so close to me that I can always count on.
And there are people in my life that are way more than just being part of my social circle,
they are willing to go all the way through with me.
I love them so very much!
And for that, I'm so touched(:

Sweetheart,
I appreciate your presence more than ever now.
I hope you wouldn't think or feel differently about me because of yesterday.
I was so blinded by my heap of problems that I took you for granted.

Hello everyoneeee!

I promise I'll work hard for every single freaking assignment I have.

Be it school or outside, I'll put in my best to attain my expectations.

Of course, not neglecting people around me.

Especially my family.

You know, I've been wondering about many different types of people lately.

Like people who get stressed up over the most minor issues..

to those who can take huge setbacks in their life and not complain a thing.

I'm not saying that I'm the type who can stand all sorts of nonsense and not complain.

I'm still human after all(:

But I cannot stand people who take their lives for granted.

Really.

Seriously, stop complaining about things not going your way.

And instead do some adjustments to make it work.

It irks me when I see people not putting in effort at all

AND THEN complain about being stressed and

THEREFORE IS UNABLE to get a thing done.

Life's good.

I cannot emphasize this enough cos I really feel so contented right now(:

I got time to eat, sleep, school, work, exercise and practise piano.

And best of all, earn a good income a month(:

Plus without my health going down the drain!:D

Although this schedule has gone through careful planning before it worked out.

And I manage to satisfy my craving for sashimi and Jap food.

Oh ya! I'm beginning to understand my history lessons so much better than last time.

I think Dr Tony See is kinda doing a good job in explaining stuff.

I mean, explanatory-wise, he's better than Michael.

Hey everyone!

I'm kinda exhausted today...

Had to tutor my student twice.

And I practiced my piano really hard.

I bet I played more than 10 times for each song. LOL

fyi, I have 4 piano books and every 4 days I have 8 songs to practice.

And the thought of school starting drags me down.

I feel like my live will be extremely exhausting and boring again.

I haven't holidayed enough...

How I wish holidays could go on forever.

I'd rather be bored till death at home than go to school, rot in class and get tortured with projs.

Omgoodness.

Had Orientation with AM Year 1 yesterday,

I think they're really nice people.

Tomorrow I'll be seeing my AT Year 1 Juniors.

I look forward to seeing them. Teehee

LOL. I swear not to touch durian for 6 months or more.

I've been eating durian for consecutively 5 days!

I really wanna puke already...

But I don't know why my body still can take this horrifying diet.

Maybe its going all haywire inside! AHHHH!

Time to rectify to problem by exercising MORE!

I feel so sick inside...Like some part of me is rotting away..

Gross.

Worst of all, durian is very fattening and high in cholesterol..

Oh my goodness.

Hey everyone!

I just got my one week's pay!

And I gave it all to my parents.

So the rest of the week's pay is mine(:

Anyways,

tomorrow I'll be teaching my student as usual.

And I'm starting to pick up skills for my dear wacom tablet.

Its like FINALLY INSTALLED.

Though the most important software STILL cannot be installed-.-

So freaking pissed off by it..Zzzzz

No one can help me freaking install that problematic thing.

Oh ya, and I attended a pretty special lesson.

Its about our health(:

Introduced by bf to go listen and see views I have on it.

The teacher who gave the talk was pretty nice.

He brought us out to eat at an awesome vegetarian coffee shop after that.

And bf told me he judges how you speak.

And how you reply to things...because that way, he'll know what kinda person you are..

Like whether or not you are telling a lie..or insincere..etc.

And there's no way you can look directly into his eyes..

Cos simply have no guts to.

And I admit that I can't too. I don't know why.

Hey everyone, I'm feeling so mixed up.
So I'm here to blog about how I'm currently feeling/:
Go away if you don't wanna read.

Okay, suppose to have a great morning to start off with.
But in the end, it SUCKED.
I hate starting my mornings like crap.
Stupid CDE&SAS module-snatching concept.
Okay, nevermind about that concept.
The thing that truly deserves getting a FREAKING TIGHT SLAP FROM ME
is the SCREWED UP STUDENTNET PORTAL.
Fucking portal sucks to the effing core.
Here's the situation:
9am the portal is open for us students to snatch for modules.
And so from 0830 I was already staring at the 'Log In' Page.
Kept clicking 'Log in' over and over again.
Until 9am sharp, I logged in.
And started to click the module that I targeted.
But AMAZINGLY, at 9am it has NO VACANCY.
And there's supposedly 50 available slots!
WTFUCKINGHELLSHITCCB.
WOW.
Either 50 people's internet pages loaded 100 times faster than me,
(which is IMPOSSIBLE)
or
THE WHOLE FUCKING MODULE SELECTION THING IS SCREWED.
So, I chose to believe the second option.
Okay then the laptop died on me right after that shocking moment.
DOUBLE WTFUCKINGSHITCCB.
So I had to restart the freaking comp,
wait for it to load and retype the url and try to relog in.
But DAMN, not so easy to enter.
They don't even allow you to log in anymore.
Stating 'web server is busy.'
TRIPLE WHATTHE**********************!
Am I suppose to wait till those people logged in sloooooowy
pick whatever they want and leave the shit modules behind
then I can log in and pick THEM???
OMGOODNESS.
I was at boiling point.
But I had a good breakfast to cool myself down.
And had to delay my tuition with my student due to some shit portal.
But I never knew good coffee makes me happy.

Thank God my dear bf was at home to help me out.
If not I'll be out in the train while everyone's snatching my other module.
Picked Graphic Design at the end.
No complaints.
No regrets.
No looking back.
I bet it'll be great.
I like graphic design anyway(:

Okay, after tuition went out with bf roti-prata.
Then back home where I got scolding for nothing.
I couldn't take it, I left the house to swim.
So swimming was great.
No big sun, just the nice cloudy sky..
And not overcrowded and a cheap alternative.
And best of all, healthy and relaxing!
Had a nice time at the pool..(:
But after that, when I came back home,
I see that black face.
It made me so angry.
Why can't people just be more understanding?
Then daddy's unwell.

It will never end.
I know.
And I truly detest it.

Had class chalet(:
Although me, wt and des didn't stay there for too long,
its kinda okay(:
I mean, there's food, people to talk to, and things to do.
So, I'm pretty okay with the chalet.
Just that I think the chosen chalet could have been better.
But whatever the case is, I didn't stay over so I'm fine.
HAHA! Thinking about my 21st birthday and how I should throw
a HUGE CELEBRATION!

So I brought Spyro out for a run(:

He's always so excited for jogs!
Makes me happy when I exercise too!
Because recently, I've been eating way too much and I feel FAT.
Hahah. Got to eat less and burn off more fats.

Today was the third day of tuition!
Feel like my wallet's gonna get fatter.
Like finally, seriously.
But tomorrow will be a trial session for a friend who took up the job offer.

Everything went smoothly as planned.
Hehe. Again, I am thankful for that.

But I cannot believe my student wants to increase the number of lessons a week!
Its currently 4 times a week but now she wants 5 or 6 times!
Almost everyday I'll see her now.

Hello everyone!

I'm very to share some good and interesting news with you guys today(:

(Okay, maybe interesting to me only*BIG SMILES*)

First up, my art lesson with my student.

Everything went smoothly but not according to everything planned though..

However, everything fell nicely in place after that.

Which I am truly grateful for.

Tomorrow is my next art lesson(:

And better still, my student wants more lessons than twice a week!

Its gonna take place 4 times a week.

Oh ya..suppose to have a family outing at the closing down KTM railway station..

But it started pouring heavily and their doors were shut on public already.

Drove all the way there for nothing....Zzz

So, change of plans!

Went to Novena Velocity instead.

Which honestly, I think its boringggggg.

Gah, Singapore is so damn tiny.

Oh well, here's the best part!

At home, we got an interesting visitor!

Guess what was it???

Its a FRUIT BAT!

I shrieked at the top of my lungs when I first saw it flying around.

I first thought it was a huge enormous moth.

First reaction, I dashed into my basement to take cover.

Then opened a tiny gap at the door to have a good look at that thing.

Then I realised it was a freaking bat!

OMGOODNESS.

It kept flying in circles in my hall.

And apparently, its because of its sonar waves rebounding against the wall and into its ears.

And caused the bat to follow the waves

and take the same route over and over again.

Poor bat. Lost in a living room.

I bet it flew at least 15 times in circles.

Then it flew upstairs and disappeared..

But every now and then, it'll come down and do its circling thing and fly back upstairs.

LOL, what a funny little bat.

My siblings and Spyro watched the bat flying in circles.

However, the poor bat's wing suddenly hit my ceiling fan and fell on my brother's shoulder!

*Imagine his reaction* LOLOLOL

And daddy, THE-MAN-WHO-DOES-NOT-FEAR-ANYTHING,

caught it with his bare hands.

Hi everyone!

I just learnt today that don't have to help out for Orientation Week anymore.

Okay, let's look at it positively,

so therefore, I have more time for myself during the holidays.

Which, of course, is an awesome thing!

YEAHHHH!:D

But on the other hand, if you look at it negatively,

I went for the Orientation meeting held last two weeks ago, for nothing.

So, well.

That's life.

Finally bought my stupid watercolour palette from Art Friend.

Oh ya, and Takashimaya's toilets ALL WENT INTO MAINTENANCE SUDDENLY.

Like around 4plus, all their toilets went screwed or something.

Sickening.

Okay but there's good news!

I received a call today asking me to be their art teacher!

WOOHOO!

Looks like my gumtree ad did work after all!

So, I'll be starting to teach tomorrow.

Pray that everything goes smoothly..

And hopefully, I'll have more students!

Went kite flying the day before yesterday at Marina Barrage!

It was so much fun but so HOT!!

But there was PLENTYYY OF FOOOOD!

My bf makes the best potato salad and sushis ever!!

Of course, I did help to make also la....

Desiree made spaghetti and Wei Ting brought junk food, utensils and drinks!

I should've invited more people to come. HAHA

And the saddest part is that my lovely kite(above) flew into the sea.

I still think its partially my bf's fault..for lifting the kite into the windy air without notifying me.

And ya...it ended up in the sea):

I was soooo freaking upset.

And an eye-opener for materialistic girls.

Cos chances of these events happening in real life is almost zero.

Spyro's 2nd Belated Birthday!

Bought Spyro's birthday cake from DoggieStyle Cafe.

If you have a pet dog or cat, you can celebrate their birthday there!

Just changed his diet to 1 meal a day which is much better for adult dogs!

And I bought him presents!

What can be a better present than food for Spyro?

Okay, the post today is dedicated to Spyro.

So I'll be typing how I feel about my dog from the beginning till now(:

It has been so much joy to take care of Spyro.

However, there's the downs but of course, MORE UPS!

I still remembered when he first step out of his cage..

Started exploring around the outsides of his cage..

Then explore some more, and further...and more and further..

And while exploring, he pees and poops whenever he feels like it.

Though till today, he still has some small issues peeing in the wrong places. HAHA

Bought him Pink Monkey when I just got him..he loves it till today:D

Then he started sleeping outside of his cage..I got him a round cushion to sleep in..

Which he refuses to, only until a year ago then he decides to use it..-.-

Eventually stops baby whining and barks more.

Naturally, grows so much more!

Throws much more tantrums than last time.

Receives much more punishment for being very very naughty.

BITES MORE! AHAHAH

And he still continues exploring and trying really silly stuff till today!

And only till about week ago, I learnt that Spyro is not a pure breed Schnauzer.

He's mixed with a Silky Terrier and a miniature Schnauzer.

And he's been my jogging partner for quite some time!

Enjoy exercising with him so much.

Never regretted having Spyro!

Hi everyone!

I finally managed to upload most of my images online!

Oh yup, I'll like to share where I've been to in Cambodia.

First, landed in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap has the Angkor Wat, Bayon and most of the amazing stone-carved temples.

The temples are made of massive rocks and carved by thousands of people

in the past.

And it withstood rain and shine for hundreds of years.

But then, most of the temples were destroyed because of the jungle trees.

Trees which implanted themselves in the ground of the temple and

ruined it.

For some weird reason, I enjoy looking at those carvings and stones left behind by our ancestors.

Then, the Tonle Sap Lake.

Where houses, schools, grocery stalls and hospitals float!

However, the water's yellow, murky and muddy.

And to my horror, they poop and pee, swim, wash and bathe in it!

Okay honestly, its extremely disgusting.

But all of them are living just fine that way.

Plus the polluted air due to the diesel smoke from boats.

And children around 10 years of age are struggling to make a living.

Some of them lost their arms and legs due to land mines.

Seriously, its so heart aching to look at.

Then we headed to Phnom Penh.

It takes 6 hours to travel from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh.

But....our journey to Phnom Penh is SO ADVENTUROUS!

You wanna know why?

Okay, we all know that we have to travel by bus there.

However, around 2 hours through the journey, the aircon belt broke and disappear

ed!

Therefore, NO AIRCON.

So of course, we cannot travel on that bus anymore.

It took 1/2 an hour for another tour bus to arrive and continue the journey.

And 40 minutes through the journey on the second bus,

The TYRE BURST! Oh my goodness.

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness.

Okay, then it took another good 30 minutes to get a new tyre fixed on.

And meanwhile, we were bitten by mosquitoes and under the scorching sun.

And I wanted to pee! BUT there was no clean toilet nearby.

Only traditional, old, kampong houses around us.

OKAY, SO NO CHOICE.

I decided to use a resident's toilet.

They were such hospitable people, adults are so friendly and children so shy.

I truly feel that Cambodians are VERY VERY nice people.

BUT! Here comes the horrible part.

Their toilet bowl is tiny.

I think enough space to let a 3 year old squat only.

I had such great difficulty peeing, seriously.

Worst still, the freaking CHINA woman from my tour group used the toilet before me.

And the BEST IS, she POOPED.

And she could not fucking flush away her poop.

Leaving drops of her disgusting floating poop in the bowl.

Okay, nevermind about that.

PLUS, there was worms squirming around the sides of the toilet bowl.

OMGOSH, I almost fainted.

And it was sooooooo HARD TO SCOOP WATER TO FLUSH THE PEE AWAY!

You have to go scoop the muddy black water of a pond to flush away.

And there were massive amounts of flies flying around the pond.

I WANTED TO DIE IN THAT TOILET.

I would officially say,

I LOVE MY HOUSE TOILET A MILLION TIMES MORE, AFTER THAT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Thank God I don't have such a toilet, really.

Okay, then after the bus tyre was done, we continued our journey.

Luckily, nothing happened after that.

Just that our lunch turned cold because we arrived much later than expected.

Imagine eating cold, hard rice, cold chicken and veggie when you're hungry...

YUCKS.

Okay, the following destination was the Genocide Museum.

Its not exactly a museum..

It used to be a high school but it turned into a prison/torture chamber later.

Till today, its still haunted by the spirits and ghosts.

And I am not cooking up stories man.

My tour guide who's a Cambodian told me that.

People living there still hear screams and young children playing inside at midnight.

And images of torture, blood and the real iron bed, torture equipment left there for you to see.

There are even signs telling you not to laugh when you enter certain rooms.

In the form of respect for the dead.

Millions were mentally and physically tortured and died for nothing.

This period is called the Khmer Rouge.

This whole thing totally CREEPED ME OUT.

Its eerie.

Everything there is real and none of them are replicates.

FREAKY, FREAKY, FREAKY.

Okay, I refuse to talk anymore about it.

Having goosebumps.

Fyi, I did not take any images from that site.

Its not good to remember anyways.

We visited many other national monuments.

Like the Independent Monument of Cambodia.

I just learnt that Cambodia is a very young nation.

Only gained independence 18 years ago.

Thus, the run-down and undeveloped country.

I'm salute those living and struggling there.

Cos I know ITS NOT EASY.

Okay, I know living in Singapore is difficult also.

BUT TRUST ME, if you saw what I saw,

you'd change your opinion for sure.

I did not visit the Killing Fields and the Royal Palace because sis fell really sick.

Accompanied her to rest in the hotel.

Then....shopping at the Russian Market when it started pouring!

The market was flooded when it poured.

And it was cramp and dirty inside. With the high humidity, it became hard to breathe.

We only had an hour to shop.

So bought very few items for my friends and bf.

THEN, home sweet home.

And I learnt that Spyro cried for 3 nights for us.

He missed us so very much that he did not sleep but stayed awake to cry.

My poor boy..I think he's very HAPPY NOW THAT WE'RE BACK!:D

I'd like to say though this trip had many unforeseen circumstances,

I still enjoyed my trip there.

Its truly an eye-opener for people who take their good lives for granted.

My tour guide is the greatest tour guide I've ever met.

He cannot speak good English but he tries so hard.

I take my hat off for him.

I think he's name is Perial(not sure about the spelling),

but I want to take the chance to say thank you and I wish you all the best in your future.

And Kim who took care of my ill mum by bringing her to the pharmacy to buy medicine.

You guys are truly awesome.

I admire your optimism in life.

I'm back from Cambodia!

Came back just last night around 9am.

And anyways, I realized that I'm really lucky.

The people there lead such a poor and simple life.

Many lost their hands and legs due to landmines.

Little children struggling to bring food on the table.

No education, no proper housing, no proper clothing, no proper food.

Its an extremely sad sight.

However, there are no beggars.

They either play music or sell little items.

Even if they have no hands and no legs.

They never beg.

I take my hat off to them.

Okays, enough of the talking!

Yay! I'm travelling to Cambodia!

Though I don't know the actual date I'm departing but I know for sure, I'm going.

I can't wait to see the Angkor Wat!

And the Khmer Rouge aka Killing Fields where thousands of killings occurred

during the Vietnam War,

the poverty of the people living there.

And Siem Reap!

The river that expands four times its size during monsoon.

All famous Apsara dancers that has been a Khmer heritage since God knows when.

I'm happy that I'm kinda spending my holidays wisely.

Although there a few times I splurge a little..

Travelled to Malaysia, Batu Pahat.

I know people around me are striving their very best to do well in their studies.

I feel that sometimes, school is trying to test your capability in living life.

Whether you are capable enough to juggle both work, health and play adequately.

Whether you'd just fail in either one and go all haywire.

Or whether you'll be foolish enough to sacrifice one just to fulfill the other two.

Or whether you fail in all and be a loser for life.

I know..school just pours you with projects..

leaving you struggling in the middle of the ocean.

But its so important that we make right decisions for ourselves.

Not for anybody else, just for you.

Don't be silly and sacrifice your health by overworking.

Honestly speaking, I can feel for the people there.

Imagine, you losing everything that meant so, so much to you..

just like that..in a blink of an eye.

Can you understand the pain?

I know..I know..everyone is saying,

"Japan deserves this, its karma, for all they have caused for others during WW1."

I think all our ancestors who have suffered the WW1 would clap their hands and feet

when they hear this news.

Its different in everyone's perception.

Well, in my opinion, my heart goes out to all that is suffering now.

Here's the order of the disasters,

Earthquake, destroying buildings and killing some within seconds.

Tsunami, killing tens of thousands of people and homes.

Explosion of nuclear power, causing high radiation in the air.

Huge whirlpool, sucking everything into the waters.

106 aftershocks of the quake, causing more tremors and trauma for people.

Explosion of volcano, more damage to homes.

Oh my gosh.

My condolences to those who passed away.

Hi peoples!

I'm about to undergo a painful process of mugging for school.

So I'm enjoying every single bit this week.

Symptoms that I know I'm gonna suffer.

1. My throat that's turning nasty, a sore throat wanna-be.

2. Being lazy and not willing to do practically anything.

3. Dying to shop and easily getting distracted by fb -.- wtfman.

Life at this point in time, sucks to the core.

First of all, I'm not able to attend Marvelous Cream Christmas celebration due to

a sprained finger which caused my whole left hand to swell.

I even have problems tying my own hair into a ponytail-.-

And needless to say, bathing is so much trouble.

Second of all, I'm being accused of things I did not do.

Right at home.

Its such a terrible feeling.

Maybe they've mistakenly seen it as something else.

But I swear I never did anything of that sort.

But you know, the world is so mean.

So I guess I shall get used to it.

Thirdly, I being looked down upon when I dream big.

You can say I'm dreaming unrealistically.

But so what? Its better than having no dream at all right?

And living life for the sake of living it.

I believe that if I put enough effort and determination out there.

I'll achieve all my "sandcastles in the air", man.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

I know its quite late now to wish everyone Merry X'mas..

OH GAWD, I sprained my finger on Christmas Eve.

That sucks. It hurts so bad.

He caused me to fall with my whole body weight on a single finger.

This Year 2010 is coming to an end..

I'm currently in a state of confusion.

I dont know what to do for my Pada Project.

I know its a major project for my first year but yet,

I think I'm gonna screw it.

I'm lost.

I can smell holidays already.

Like I can see it right before my eyes but can't reach it.

Its like there's a glass separating me and heaven.

Its torturing to see other enjoying while you're struggling in frustration.

And I absolutely hate this feeling.

When I look at my blog now, it feels so dead.

It gives me a feeling that I've lost my soul.

Lost my soul for almost everything..

It makes me so angry...

Irritated.

I'm strong.

it marks the finish of my half of First Year's semester in Nafa!

Like FINALLY!

Although I have a ton of homework over the holiday.

But its easy! Compared to Basic Drawing assessments(:

But better than nothing right??!

But I'll like to say a few things to mark the end of this semester.

Their just my thoughts and how I felt overall(:

I feel great! I feel like I've gained so much more knowledge in a field which I love!

Its nothing like 'O' Level Art, just do sketches, development, layouts and finalise you final work.

Thinking back, its easy and honestly speaking, a no-brainer.

Now, its so much more tougher!

But I still enjoy it.

Its amazing.

I'm even surprised with myself.

Oh ya, I felt so sleep-deprived during the assessment period.

Now, I can get ALL my sleep back!:D

I can finally fulfill my 12 hrs of sleep!

I lost 4kg due to stress!

AND I DONT WANT ANY BACK!

HAHA!
